How responsibilities and coordination work
Nagani International Partners operates a sending organization in Myanmar, and Nagani Japan operates a registered support organization in Japan. The two companies coordinate recruitment and preparation in Myanmar with arrival, daily life and workplace support in Japan.
Teams in both countries share job requirements and preparation progress, and carry that understanding into support after arrival. We provide a coordinated point of contact and explain each company’s responsibilities and contracting role when discussing your needs and quotation.

We connect sending teams and Japanese-language schools with employers’ job and language requirements. Preparation and learning continue between the job offer and departure.
