Start with the challenge you face.
Vacancies remain unfilled
Overtime and pressure on existing staff keep growing.
Training feels difficult
You are concerned that language and cultural differences will make instructions harder to communicate.
You want to review support
You need help with daily communication, training and retention as well as paperwork.
Combine required support with workplace improvements.
Listen to both sides
We look beyond nationality to the way instructions, training and consultation work. We listen to both the employer and the worker, using native-language dialogue to understand concerns.
Make training practical
Where useful, optional consulting draws on the representative’s five years in consulting and five in manufacturing. We help design tasks, plain-Japanese instruction and practical manuals that work on the shop floor.
Prepare before arrival
The period between offer and departure is used for language, work and daily-life preparation. We plan for around two to four months of study, adjusted to timing and individual circumstances. We distinguish the ten required support areas from additional training and consultation.
From a conversation to a recruitment plan.
Understand your situation
Discuss roles, headcount, timing, workload and existing support in an initial free consultation.
Review readiness
Clarify tasks, trainers, instruction methods, housing and the relevant residence status.
Propose people, support and costs
Compare overseas and domestic routes and define standard and optional support with a clear quotation.
