Workplace consulting, cross-cultural and plain-Japanese training, and additional individual conversations. Scope is separated from standard support and quoted individually.
Clear triggers, scope and refund terms.
Billing & support scope
Japan-business placement fees are success-based. The original pricing information places the trigger after offer acceptance and employment contracting, when the process moves to the visa application. The contract confirms billing timing, scope, tax and expenses in advance.
Early-departure refunds
Refund conditions for early departures—including reasons, time limits and rates—are specified in the individual contract. No universal refund rate or guarantee period is stated.
Separate services and pricing
These services and fees are separate from Nagani International Partners’ existing Myanmar recruitment, ¥9,800 monthly workplace interpreting and school student-referral services. Those prices do not represent Japan-business support fees.
Indicative travel expenses
These are indicative costs. Airfares, official charges, exchange rates and the length of preparation can change. ¥50,000–90,000 is not a total relocation budget.
- One-way airfare
- Approximately ¥50,000–90,000 varies by timing and fuel prices.
- Visa and local worker-card procedures
- Approximately ¥15,000–25,000 including official charges.
- Pre-departure medical examination
- Approximately ¥10,000 in actual clinic charges.
- Meals, dormitory and utilities before departure
- Actual costs depending on the study and accommodation period.
Make costs clear to the worker.
Jobseekers are not charged a placement fee. Travel and living expenses are separate. Costs, amounts and responsible payers are explained in writing before agreement, without opaque markups. We propose employer-funded travel expenses where appropriate; the actual allocation is agreed for each case.
