Understanding workplaces.
Connecting people
and employers.

Over five years at a major international consulting firm and five years at a major Japanese manufacturer, Masatake Abe worked on operational improvement and manufacturing. He brings experience of both staffing shortages that processes alone cannot solve and the workload involved in welcoming new people.

His approach is to support both employers and workers and prepare workplaces where people can learn effectively. The aim is to continue beyond introduction, supporting development through education and human dialogue.
