FIND YOUR SUPPORT

for your next step.
Explore our five areas of support.
RECRUITMENT
Recruitment, headhunting and staffing
Connect people and business.
We support recruitment across a range of roles, including accounting and finance, from senior professionals to junior staff. Inquiries may cover CFOs, finance and accounting managers, support staff, short-term project staffing and outsourced accounting or finance personnel.
- Inquiries are accepted in English, Myanmar and Japanese.
- We confirm the industry, business size, applicable accounting standards and role requirements, and discuss salary and benefit conditions.
- An English-language placement agreement is entered into. Signing the agreement does not itself trigger a placement fee.
- Candidates are introduced and the selection process proceeds.
- The placement fee becomes payable when the selected candidate reaches their employment start date.
For short-term staffing, the contractual arrangement, work involved and duration are confirmed before a proposal is made.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Training, development and organisational support
Help people and teams develop.
We design training around the organisation’s needs and support the process from staff-development planning to delivery. Areas include accounting and finance staff development, sales training, and HR and organisational consulting.
HR SYSTEMS
HR systems and workplace arrangements
Build a supportive workplace.
We help organise employment conditions, workplace rules, compensation and appraisal systems so that people can continue to contribute after recruitment.
- Support for preparing and entering into employment agreements
- Preparation and filing of workplace rules and staff handbooks
- Benefit and incentive-plan design
- Salary benchmarking within the industry
- Development of salary-increase and promotion systems
- Consultation on workplace and HR issues

STUDY IN JAPAN
Support for studying in Japan
Connect ambition and education.
We introduce Japanese-language schools in Japan to people studying Japanese in Myanmar and provide consultation about studying abroad. For schools, support includes introducing prospective students, providing information to students in Myanmar and responding to inquiries.
Per accepted applicant, excluding tax
See the school introduction terms below for fee triggers, refunds and the contract period.
- Confirm the school’s requirements and recruitment conditions.
- Introduce prospective students who wish to apply.
- The school conducts its own selection. If admission is approved, it notifies us and the applicant in writing.
- Names, education, employment history and other information needed for selection are shared within the necessary scope. Sensitive information is handled on the basis of prior consent.
- The introduction fee is triggered by the acceptance notice and receipt of admission-related payments.
View introduction terms for schools
| Item | Basic conditions for schools |
|---|---|
| Indicative introduction fee | JPY 100,000 per accepted applicant, excluding tax. Transfer charges are borne by the school. |
| Refund conditions | Half of the introduction fee is refunded if an applicant withdraws after paying the admission fee, or leaves the school before three months have elapsed from the admission date. |
| Contract term | One year, automatically renewed for the same period unless notice of termination is given at least one month before expiry. |
| Contact with candidates | The school must notify us in advance before contacting or soliciting admission directly from an applicant. Applicants may also apply to other schools. |

Responsibilities for introductions, selection and admission, information handling, payment methods and other terms are set out in the individual agreement with the school. Admission decisions are made by the school following its selection process.
Connect hiring, development and management
We help clarify staffing needs, organise recruitment activities and consider the systems that support people after they join. Development programmes can be tailored to the organisation’s work and training needs.
Communicate across languages and cultures
Clear workplace communication is central to cross-border operations. Support may include Japanese–Myanmar communication, training coordination and the preparation of relevant materials. Study-in-Japan inquiries can begin with a discussion of objectives and possible schools.
